We'd rather earn your trust than trap your money. Here is exactly how refunds work, product by product.

Blueprint Program ($497 or 3×$199)

• 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Complete the first two modules within 30 days of purchase; if you don't find the material valuable, contact us for a full refund.
• The completion requirement exists because the program only works if you do — and it keeps the guarantee fair to honest students.
• On payment plans, a refund cancels remaining installments and returns payments made.

Workshop ($37) and Starter Toolkit ($19)

• 30-day satisfaction guarantee — if it wasn't worth it, tell us why and we'll refund it.

Subscriptions (Discord $29/mo, CE Algorithm $39/mo, Premium $97/mo, Newsletter Pro $14/mo)

• Cancel any time; access runs through the current billing period.
• We don't refund partial months, but we also never make cancelling hard — it's one click or one email.
• Annual plans: refundable within 14 days of the charge if unused; after that, pro-rated at our discretion.

Inner Circle ($1,997)

• Refundable in full until the cohort's start date. After the cohort begins, fees are non-refundable due to the limited seats.

How to request a refund

Email us via the contact page from your purchase email with the order details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

What we don't refund

Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., content redistribution or signal-selling in the community) are not eligible for refunds.
