1. Who we are

CE Trades (“CE Trades,” “we,” “us”) provides futures trading education — courses, community, software tools, and content. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor. We do not manage money and do not provide personalized investment advice.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing ce-trades.com or purchasing any CE Trades product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

3. Educational purpose only

All content is for educational purposes. Nothing on this site or in any product constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any security, future, or derivative. Trading decisions are yours alone, and you bear full responsibility for them. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

4. Accounts and access

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
• Access credentials are personal to you. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing course content, the CE Algorithm, or members-only material is prohibited and grounds for termination without refund.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

5. Payments, subscriptions, and renewals

• Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.
• Subscriptions (Discord, CE Algorithm, Premium Membership, Newsletter Pro) renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Payment plans (e.g., 3× on the Blueprint Program) are a purchase commitment, not a subscription — all installments are owed.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Blueprint methodology, course materials, the CE Algorithm, and all site content are the intellectual property of CE Trades. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your own education. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative products from our materials.

7. Community conduct

Community spaces (including Discord) prohibit signal-selling, “copy my trades” schemes, solicitation, harassment, and spam. We may remove content or members who violate these rules, with no refund of the current billing period.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CE Trades is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our content, tools, or community. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
